Customer Requirements
A wide variety of heavy equipment part needed to be held in baskets to go through a high pressure aqueous spray wash. Individual parts needed to be separated within the baskets to avoid damage and to promote thorough cleaning.
Our Solution
We designed and built heavy duty baskets with mesh dividers to separate the individual parts and a hinged lid with compression latches to secure the parts. The heavy 5/16′ diameter rod frame will easily stand up to the large parts. The stacking dual grip handles make moving the baskets easy.
