Our customer designs and installs commercial bakery equipment including high volume bread and bagel lines. These production lines include automated and conveyorized cooling and de-panning equipment that needs a stainless steel machinery guard to allow proper air flow but is easily removable for service and cleaning.

Customer Requirements
Every commercial bakery line our customer installs has a unique combination of equipment and layout, there is no “standard” size or shape safety panel. We needed to develop a flexible design that could easily be changed into any shaped rectangle or polygon.
Our Solution
Our design is based one a 2″ x 2″ x 16 Ga. angle with mitered corners to make the perimeter frame. Inside the angle frame we the resistance weld 1 x 0.120″ welded wire mesh, with a weld at every wire intersection.
