Our customer collects and processes plasma and needed a durable stainless steel crate to refrigerate and store the plastic storage bottles.

Customer Requirements
The crate needed to hold fifteen bottles of plasma safely and securely in refrigerated storage and while being transported. The crates needed to be corrosion resistant stainless steel, needed to be durable and lightweight, and needed to be cost efficient.
Our Solution
Three M Tool designed and manufactures these stainless steel bottle crates using 1/4″ diameter rod outer frames with 3/16″ diameter interior grids to separate and hold the bottles. All parts are welded on our resistance welding robot to give fast, strong and consistent welds throughout.
