Application: Small parts in stacking trays of varying heights need to be held tightly though a full rotation cleaning cycle.

Compression Lid and spring loaded pad adjust to capture any size trays tightly.

Lid is lined with 6 mesh x .047 woven wire (.120” openings), then Nylon Powder Coated to protect parts in top tray.

Conveyor Bottom (diamond shape on bottom) for snag-free movement on conveyor lines.
