Custom Canister for Small Medical Parts

Application: This canister with tight fitting tapered lid holds small medical parts through a rotating vapor degreasing process.

Size:  3-9/16" Dia. x either 8.95"H or 18.95"H
Mesh Lining: 26 Ga. sheet metal perforated with .033" holes on .055" centers
Material: 304 Stainless Steel
Finish: Electropolished Finish

Features:  Stainless Steel Canister with machined ends, supporting cylindrical sidewalls of 26 Ga. sheet metal perforated with .033" holes on .055" centers, One machined end to include an opening with a tapered mouth and a matching tapered lid held in place with a threaded tie rod and thumb screw, Four 1/4" x 1/4" square ribs welded to the interior to promote part tumbling, Two support flanges outside of the part space with V notches to match the EVD support rods, All joints and seams welded tight and smooth to retain small parts, 304 Stainless Steel construction throughout, Electropolished after fabrication.
