Three M Tool manufactures a wide range of baskets with coatings to the improve performance or appearance. To merely improve a product's cosmetic appearance, we recommend inexpensive Epoxy or Polyester powder coating over mild steel. To protect delicate parts from scratches in most industrial processes, we recommend Nylon Powder Coating over stainless steel base metal to create a soft but very durable surface. In more caustic or higher temperature applications, we recommend Teflon or Halar coatings. Below are some recent projects we've completed.
